 Bitung city is located approximately 40 kms in the East Of Manado City, Province of North Sulawesi which well known with a beautiful Natural trourism of Tangkoko, Batuangus Garden and a Nice a beach tourism. It’s also called as the harbour city or dimensionlism city by the motto SADAR City (prosperous, secure, democratis and religius). There are many kinds of fish such as : Cakalang, Tuna, Oci, Baronang, Bobara and so on. Those Fishes could be baked and eaten with Dabu-Dabu (traditional saus of Manadones). It taste very delicious of we eat it by traditional vegetable which had already cooked namely Kangkung Cah or Pakis Woku.
Vacational High School is one of Vocational in Bitung City, which located in down of Bitung City by a Fresh and Cool as the fling of Dua Sudara Mountain and also the blowing win from Lembeh Island. The Widht areal is about 12.855 M2. It’s very possible to develop this school for the future by adding some buildings such as new class room, because the society animo in crease every year. It could be seen from the acceptance if new student. There were many students couldn’t be accept because of class room limited. After done to train and to guide the nation children in Bitung City approximately 28 years 5 months. Since September 5th 1979.
This institution has been graduating the students to be the nation asset who have been working in industry place, government and Private Office, Banks either in the city national and regional level or international level according to their skill.
Vocational High School State 1 Bitung always tries to improve the management through the implementation of SMM ISO 9001 : 2000 in order the develop the graduaten quality and also the institusion it self to be Vacational High School of the level international.
Now we go forward to educate to train 981 students of Supported 5 Departments : Accounting, Official Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Computer and Networking, Supported by 61 Teacher, 9 Staff Administration and also enough infrastructure and facilities.
